North Yorkshire Local Resilience Forum
The Forum organises the coordinated response to major incidents and consists of representatives from the Emergency Services, Local Authorities, Health, Environment Agency and other professional and voluntary agencies. It has proved to be proactive and effective in developing and maintaining major incident plans and procedures.
Local Government for Yorkshire and The Humber
LGYH is the independent cross party alliance and common voice of local government, including fire, police and national park authorities, across Yorkshire and Humber.
North Yorkshire Strategic Partnership
The Partnership brings together the principal public sector agencies responsible for promoting the economic, social and environmental wellbeing of communities in the County, together with partners from the voluntary and community and business sectors and each of the district level local strategic partnerships.
