What are my personal information rights?

  • Right to Data Portability (receive information in a structured, commonly used and machine readable format)
  • Right to Object
  • Right not to be Subject to Automated Decision Making, including Profiling
  • Right to Withdraw Consent
  • Right to Lodge a Complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office
  • In some cases you have the Right to be Informed of a Breach of Your Data

(Please be aware that not all of these rights are absolute, so in accordance with the law there will be occasions where a refusal notice is issued or exemption applied).
