Persons trapped in machinery – Horton in Ribblesdale

Time of call: 1809

2 appliances attended and released 1 person that had become trapped in machinery; she was then taken to hospital.

Small fire in open – Columbus Ravine, Scarborough

Time of call: 0150

1 Scarborough appliance attended an extinguished using a hose reel.

Building fire – Dean Road, Scarborough

Time of call: 0313

1 Scarborough appliance attended this as initially it was just a bin fire that eventually spread to an annex to a property, the fire was extinguished using a hose reel jet.

  

We have also attended several false alarms and automatic fire alarm activations throughout the night.
