Crews from Huntington were mobilised to a report of a fire alarm sounding. This was a false alarm due to an engineer working on the system.

 

 

 

New Row, Boroughbridge

Crews from Boroughbridge and Ripon attended a report of a road traffic collision. On arrival no persons were trapped and crews performed scene safety.

 

 

 

The Glebe, Dunnington

Crews from York and Huntington attended a report of a fire alarm sounding in a premises, with no reply from the occupant when contacted by an alarm receiving centre. This was due to a small fire on a cooker hob which was out on arrival.

Crews from Easingwold and Acomb were mobilised to a report of a road traffic collision with a car on fire. On arrival there was no fire and believed to be smoke form airbags activating. Small tools were used for scene safety.

Crews from Kirkbymoorside attended a report of a large fire. This is believed to have been false alarm due to controlled burning taking place.

Crews were mobilised to a report of a van on its side carrying flammable chemicals. Crews made the vehicle safe and left the incident in the hands of highways and the police.

Crews from Northallerton attended a report of a road traffic collision with possible fuel spillage. Upon arrival it was established that no fire service were required at this incident.

Crews from Huntington were mobilised to a report of a fire alarm sounding. This was a false alarm due to a faulty detector head.

 

 

 

Hawkstone, Little Crakehall

Crew from Northallerton were mobilised to a report of a loud bang in the area. On inspection crews found 2 sites of controlled burning but no evidence of any explosion or risk.

Crew from Richmond and Leyburn were mobilised to a report of a fire alarm sounding. This was a false alarm due to a system fault.
