Incident Summary Day Shift Monday 23rd April

In order to ensure that people are not identifiable from our incident round-up, we will no longer be providing street names, for smaller towns and villages, where incidents have occurred.

Huntington  TOC: 08:28

Crew were mobilised to a report of a bus tyre on fire. This was a fire involving overheated brakes. Extinguished using 1 hose reel and thermal imaging camera.

Snainton TOC: 09:11

Crew were mobilised to a report of a fire involving a wooden horse riding arena which spread to a hedge. Crews extinguished using 4 breathing apparatus, 3 hose reels, an otter pump, a foam lance with 6 drums of foam, and a thermal imaging camera. Crews have left open for a revisit to confirm no hotspots.

Harrogate TOC: 14:35

Crew were mobilised to a report of a smell in a property, with occupants feeling dizzy. Crews investigated but were unable to locate any smell or cause.

York TOC: 15:28

Crew were mobilised to a report of a person confined in a lift. Crews released using lift keys.
