 Incident Summary Day Shift Thursday 3rd May

York TOC: 08:40

Crew were mobilised to a report of a shed on fire on allotments. Fire extinguished by fire crews using a bucket of water. Approx 60% fire damage to shed. Cause is believed to have been deliberate ignition.

Scarborough TOC: 09:08

Crew were mobilised to a report of a fire alarm sounding in a premises. This was false alarm due to dust in a detector head.

Pickering TOC: 12:07

Crew were mobilised to a report of a fire alarm sounding in a premises. This was false alarm due to fumes from workmen.

Beckwithshaw TOC: 12:37

Crews were mobilised to approx 100 square metres of grassland alight. Beaters, Knapsacks Sprayers and Argocat in use to extinguish fire.
