Highgate Park, Harrogate

Crew were mobilised to assist with freeing a person from behind a door. Crews gained access and person was released.

Castle Street, Skipton

TOC: 08:19

Crew were mobilised to a report of a fire in a kitchen. This was a fire from a frying pan spread to nearby kitchen units and extractor fan. Out on arrival, crews used small tools to remove kitchen units and check fore any fire spread.

Church Square, Harrogate

Crews attended a premises to release a person confined in a lift. Lift keys used.

William Plows Avenue, York

Crew from York were mobilised to a report of a fire alarm sounding. This was a false alarm due to dust from workmen.

Rosedale Chimney Bank, Pickering

Crew from Pickering and Kirkbymoorside were mobilised to a report of a road traffic collision with 1 vehicle on its side and a person trapped. Person was out on arrival and in care of ambulance crews. Crews made vehicle safe using small tools.

Crew were mobilised to a report of a fire in a wooded area see from the road. This was a false alarm due to controlled burning.

High Hill Lane, Settle

Crew were mobilised to a report of a vehicle in a stream with 2 persons trapped. On arrival no person were trapped, no fire service action required.

Nalton Street, Selby

Crew from Selby were mobilised to a report of a fire alarm sounding. This was a false alarm due to a faulty detector.

Sands Lane, Hunmanby

Crew were mobilised to a report of a fire in a kitchen. This was a false alarm due to fumes from cooking.

Cross Street, York

Crew from Acomb were mobilised to a report of a bin fire. This was extinguished using 1 hose reel. Cause is believed to be due to a deliberate ignition. 

Lower Friargate, York

Crew from Huntington were mobilised to a report of a fire alarm sounding. This was a false alarm due to a system fault.

Fletton Road, Norton, Malton

TOC: 15:06

Crew were mobilised to a report of a fire in a bedroom. This was a small fire involving a rechargeable shaver, and fire damage to carpet and wall. Out on arrival, no equipment used.

Crew were mobilised to a report of a fire in the open. This was a false alarm due to controlled burning
