Micklegate, York  Time 10:11

A crew from Huntington extinguished a fire in a transit van using a hose reel jet. The fire is believed to have started in a vacuum cleaner that was in the van. The fire was confined to the to the vacuum cleaner and caused smoke damage only to the van.

Skeldergate Bridge, York  Time 11:21

A bin was on fire near to Skeldergate Bridge. A crew from Huntington extinguished the fire using a bucket of water.

Albermarle Crescent, Scarborough  Time 12:13

A chip pan flared up setting off a fire alarm. Crews from Scarborough attended but the fire was out on their arrival. A thermal image camera was used to confirm there was no spread of the fire.

Gristhorpe, Filey  Time 15:32

A crew from Filey have extinguished a patch of grass that was on fire near to the cliff edge using a back sprayer.
