House Fire, Cooks Row, Scarborough

Time of Call:  03:51

At the above time Fire Control recieved a report of a fire in a property, two fire engines from Scarborough were sent and arrived within 6 minutes.  The incident involved a fire in a microwave, the occupant who was asleep was rescued from the property by a neighbour through a bedroom window, he was taken to hospital suffering from smoke inhalation.

Fire crews used 2 hose reel, 4BA, thermal image camera and small tools to extinguish the fire.
