House Fire - Harrogate

Location: Hall Lane, Harrogate

North Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service were alerted to a house fire with persons trapped to the above location. A Tadcaster Appliance, who was providing cover in Harrogate, and a further Harrogate appliance attended the incident alongside an officer.

On arrival crews rescued 1 elderly female occupant who was suffering smoke inhalation, the casualty was left in the hands of paramedics.

The fire involved a grill pan fire, the fire caused 90% damage to the contents of the grill and 50% smoke damage to the whole of the property.

Crews extinguished the fire using 1 hose reel and 2 breathing apparatus.
