House Fire - Copmanthorpe

6th March 2015

Location:  Pike Hills Mount, Copmanthorpe

Time: 1403 hours 

Fire engines from Acomb, York, Tadcaster and Selby along with the aerial ladder platform (ALP) from Huntington are currently dealing with a house fire on Pike Hills Mount in Copmanthorpe.

This incident is adjacent to the A64 and will be visible to passing motorists.

3pm update

The aerial ladder platform is now being used to allow crews to remove tiles from the roof of the property. 4 hose reel jets and one main jet are in use to tackle the fire.
