A64, West Bound, Tadcaster  - Time of call 07:04

Fire crews from Acomb, Tadcaster and York responded to a bus fire confined to the engine. Fire was out on arrival of crews. After the bus had stopped a Mini attempted to negotiate traffic and collided with a Passat. No people were injured.

Parliament Street, Harrogate - Time of call 07:51

Harrogate fire crew attended an automatic fire alarm sounding at a commercial premises, this was a false alarm.

Manham Hill, Eastfield, Scarborough -Time of call 08:28

Scarborough fire Crew attended an automatic fire alarm activation at a residential premises. This was a false alarm.

Lower Greenfoot, Settle - Time of call 10:33

Settle fire crew attended an automatic fire alarm activation at a residential property. This was a false alarm caused by cooking fumes.

Market Street, York - Time of call 12:16

York fire crews responded to reports of a truck on fire. The fire involved the rear of the truck only. Crews awaited arrival of recovery truck and made vehicle safe. Cause of fire is believed to be a faulty motor.

Middlewood Close, Fylingthorpe  - Time of Call 13:20

Lythe fire service attended a chimney fire at a domestic premises. Crews used chimney rods.

Green Lane, Acomb - Time of call 14:45

Acomb fire crew attended an automatic fire alarm at a school. This was a false alarm.
