Sea Life Centre, Scalby Mills Road, Scarborough Time of call 10:21

Fire crews from Scarborough responded to assist staff with a poorly seal. The pool unit needed draining. However assistance was not required as staff managed to move seal by themselves.


Westborough Scarborough Time of call 11:01

Fire crews from Scarborough attended a bin fire near the railway station. Cause is unknown. Fire was extinguished by crews using one hose reel.

Olivers Mount, Scarborough Time of call 11:33

Scarborough Fire crews attended a skip fire which was caused by a poorly discarded BBQ. Fire was extinguished using one hose reel


Olivers Mount, Scarborough Time of call 12:19

Scarborough fire crews responded to another skip fire in which contents of the same bbq had also been disposed of. Fire was extinguished by a hose reel again.


A61, Skipton on Swale Time of call 13:02

Thirsk fire crews responded to a Renault Megane on fire. Cause of fire is believed to be electrical. Two breathing apparatus and one hose reel was used.


Spurriergate, York Time of call 14:17

York, Acomb and Huntington Fire crew responded to reports of a shop heavily smoke logged. However on arrival there was no fire, Smoke was caused by an overheated air conditioning belt.

Oak Rise, York Time of call 14:42

York fire crew attended to a fire alarm activation. This was a false alarm.


Near Drax Sports and Social club, Drax Time of call 15:02

Fire crews from Selby attended a small fire in the woods involving leaves and wood, fire was out on arrival and is believed to have been caused deliberately. Crews damped down  area using a hose reel
