Fire crews from malton responded to a two vehicle road traffic collision involving one car and one hgv. Two females were trapped inside the car and crews used hydraulic cutting gear to release them. They were transported to Hospital with serious injuries.

Fire crews from Skipton responded to an automatic fire alarm sounding at a residential premises. This was a false alarm


Harrogate Road, Ferrensby

Fire crews from Harrogate and Ripon attended a two vehicle road traffic collision. A 76 year old female was trapped and crews used hydraulic spreaders to gain access to pop door open. Female had non serious injuries and was taken to Hopsital as a precaution.


Scott Road, Selby

Fire crews from Selby attended a small fire in a bedroom caused by a cigarette. Fire was out on arrival.

Fire crews from Harrogate responded to an automatic fire alarm sounding at a domestic premises. This was confirmed as a false alarm.

Fire crew from Danby and Stokesley responded to reports of a grass fire in the open. On arrival they requested another appliance as fire measured approx 200 metres.
