Incident summary for Nightshift 23 October 2018

23rd October 2018

In order to ensure that people are not identifiable from our incident round-up, we will no longer be providing street names, for smaller towns and villages, where incidents have occurred.

TOC    17:29   A64, Barton Hill

Crews from Malton and Huntington attended a report of a two vehicle road traffic collision, on arrival all persons were out of the vehicles with minor injuries, scene safety inspection only.

TOC    20:52   Hudswell, nr Richmond

Crews from Richmond and Colburn attended a grass fire involving @ 300sqm, crews extinguished the fire using one hose reel, one knapsack sprayer, beaters and thermal imaging camera, the cause was accidental.


In addition to the above, crews have attended reports of automatic fire alarms sounding in York and Scarborough, both of which were false alarms due to cooking fumes and a system fault respectively.
