Fire crews from Skipton attended reports of a single vehicle road traffic collision. Crews confirmed a vehicle was on its roof but there were no persons trapped. Crews made vehicle safe. Small tools used.


Hornby area, Northallerton

Fire crews from Northallerton responded to reports of smoke sighted in the area of Hornby. After an extensive search crew confirmed this was likely to be caused by a bonfire. No action required by Fire Service.

Fire crew from Acomb responded to reports of a smoke alarm sounding at a Primary school. On arrival crew confirmed this was a false alarm due to a faulty detector head.


Long Field Farm Track, Acaster Malbis

Fire crew from Acomb responded to reports of a vehicle leaking fuel following a Road traffic collision. Police were in attendance. Crews made scene safe.
