Fire crew from Thirsk attended a fire in a domestic kitchen. Fire was caused by plastic weighing scales left on hob which was turned on by accident. Fire was out on arrival

 

Greendale Court, Bedale

Fire crew from Bedale responded to a smoke alarm in a residential property. This was a false alarm caused by cooking fumes.

 

M62 Westbound near Ferrybridge

Fire crew from Selby and West Yorkshire responded to a VW Passat fire. This was caused by an electrical fault. One hose reel was used.
