attended. Fire was out on arrival. Cause of smoke was believed to be electrical. Electricity board attended.

An automatic fire alarm activation at a commercial property was attended to by York fire crews, this was a false alarm caused by a fault.

Wigginton Road, York - Time of call 02:46

York and Acomb Fire crews responded to a small fire in an industrial premises. The fire was out on arrival. No damage occurred to property.

Haxby Road, York  - Time of call 03:27

Fire crew from Huntington attended an automatic fire alarm activation at a residential property. This was a small fire believed to caused by overheated towels taken from tumble dryer. Fire was out on arrival of Fire Service.
