Please see below a round up of incidents from Monday 26th June Night Shift

Incident 5599 – Time 17:55 - Whitley Road, Selby

Selby crew extinguished a fire involving 2 very large Conifer trees. Cause of fire is believed deliberate. Crew used two hose reel jets.

Incident 5579  Time 21:25 –Filey

Fire crew from Filey attended to a wheelie bin fire at a Holiday Park. Cause of fire was believed to have been caused accidentally by a dropped light. Fire was extinguished by crew using one hose reel jet

 Incident 5580 Time  21:25 - Eryholme

Fire crew from Northallerton assisted Ambulance service with a female suffering from hypothermia near to the river.

Incident 5581 Time 21:35, Northallerton Road, Croft on Tees

Richmond fire crew assisted Ambulance crew with a male casualty who was stuck down a river embankment. Crew used their working at height rescue equipment.

Incident River Ouse, York. Time 00:59, River Ouse, York

York boat crew and Acomb crews responded to reports of a male in the River Ouse. Crews rescued male from water using the boat.

In addition to the above incidents our Fire crews attended fire alarm calls in Selby, York, Harrogate and knaresborough  All were false alarms.
