A64 East Bound Barton Hill

Time of call 17:16

Fire crews from Malton and Huntington attended a two vehicle road traffic collision. No people were trapped. Four casualties were taken to Hospital with non serious injuries. Fire crews assisted with traffic management and scene safety.

Doncaster Road, Brayton, Selby

Time of call 17:27

Fire crews from Selby responded to a cooker fire in a domestic property. The cooker was totally destroyed by fire. Crews used two breathing apparatus, one hose reel jet and thermal imaging camera.

Fire crews from Thirsk responded to a single vehicle road traffic collision. No people were trapped or injured. Fire crews made the scene safe.

Near Druids temple, Ilton

Fire crews from Bedale responded to reports of a camp fire near Druids Temple. Fire involved trees on the grounds. Gamekeepers from the estate also attended and the fire was extinguished using wildfire knapscaks and the gamekeepers argocats.

Fire crew from Acomb attended a fire in a garden of a residential property. Fire involved two conifer trees and two garden sheds. Crews used one hose reel.

North Street, Ripon

Fire crews from Ripon and Harrogate responded to reports of smoke seen issuing from a building on North Street. This was a false alarm; source of smoke was from a Restaurant extractor fan.

South Crescent, Ripon

Fire crew from Thirsk attended an automatic fire alarm at a care home. This was a false alarm caused by cooking fumes.

Fire crews from Acomb responded to a grass fire. Crews extinguished fire using a wildfire backpack.

Orchard Park, Huntington

Fire crews from Huntington attended a bin fire and extinguished using one hose reel jet.

Margaret Philipson Court, York

Fire crews from York responded to reports of an automatic fire alarm, this was a false alarm caused by cigarette smoke.

Near the Danby Beacon, Danby

Danby and Whitby fire crews attended a moorland fire measuring approx. 100sqm. Fire was extinguished using one hose reel.

Near to the Black Bull Public House, Malton Road, Pickering

Fire crews from Pickering and Malton responded to reports of a single vehicle road traffic collision. On arrival crew confirmed that a single car had overturned and was its roof. Two casualties were inside car. Crews extricated the occupants of the vehicle and the incident was left with the Police and Ambulance Service.

Thirsk fire crews responded to reports of an automatic fire alarm sounding at a commercial premises on the industrial estate. Crew confirmed this was a false alarm caused by a fault in the system.

Fire crew from Thirsk responded to reports of an automatic fire alarm sounding at a commercial premises. This was believed to be the intruder alarm and incident was left with police.
