Incident Summary. Night shift Thursday 1st September

Blossomgate, Ripon

Ripon crew sent to an automatic fire alarm activation. On arrival and after investigation, crew confirmed this to be a false alarm caused by cooking fumes.

 

A168, Boroughbridge

Boroughbridge, Ripon and Knaresborough crews sent to a report of a road traffic collision. On arrival, crew confirmed three vehicles involved with three casualties trapped in two of the cars. Crews worked to release the casualties from the vehicles using hydraulic cutting equipment. Casualties then left in hands of paramedics and Air Ambulance personnel.

 

Turners Croft, Heslington, York

York crew sent to a report of a smoke alarm sounding in a building. On arrival and after investigation, crew confirmed this to be a false alarm due to cooking fumes.

 

Burbeck Drive, York

Acomb crew called to an automatic fire alarm activation. On arrival and after investigation, crew confirmed this to be a false alarm due to a fault on the system.

 

Chatsworth Court, Harrogate

Harrogate crew sent to an automatic fire alarm activation. On arrival and after investigation, crew confirmed this to be a false alarm caused by cooking fumes.
