Fire crews from Northallerton responded to an automatic fire alarm at a residential property. The alarm was sounding due to a fault. No fire.


Sharp Hill Close, Middleham

Time of call 18:01

Fire crew from Leyburn turned out to reports of a cooker fire at a domestic property.

On arrival crew confirmed there was no fire only cooking fumes.


Farm off Langbaurgh Track, Stokesley

Time of call 18:34

Fire crew from Coulby Newham and Northallerton responded to reports of a fire in the open. This was a controlled fire being supervised and Fire Service was not required.


Hereford Road, Harrogate

Time of call 19:28

Fire crew from Harrogate investigated reports of a fire alarm sounding at a property, this was not a fire alarm but a burglar alarm that was believed to be faulty.


Scott Road, Selby

Time of call 21:30

Fire crew from Selby responded to a small fire sighted near the Leisure Centre and close to the skate park. Crew extinguished a small rubbish fire using buckets of water.


Portholme Road, Selby

Time of call 01:38Fire crews from Selby attended an incident involving an electrical fire in an excavated area. This was dealt with by the Electricity board, Fire crews stood by for safety
