Incident Summary - Night Shift 5th March

Summary of Incidents – 5th March Night Shift

Toc:  1816 hours, Automatic Fire Alarm, Monks Cross Shopping Park, York

Huntington Crew attended.  Cause of alarm unknown as alarm reset prior to FS arrival.

Toc:  1824 hours, Automatic Fire Alarm, Scott Road, Selby

Selby Crew attended.  Cause of alarm faulty detector head.

Toc:  1824 hours, Weeland Road, Kellingley, Selby

Selby Crew attended smoke in area.  Cause controlled burning, owner in attendance, advice given.

Toc:  0111 hours (06th March), Automatic Fire Alarm, Kingfisher Drive, Pickering

Pickering attended.  Cause of the alarm faulty equipment.

Toc:  0319 hours, Smoke in House, The Drive, Harrogate

Two appliances from Harrogate attended.  Cause of smoke, pan with food in being left unattended on the hob.  Fire damage to the contents of the pan only.  Crews ventilated the property by opening the windows, no equipment was used.  Female occupant checked over at the scene by paramedics, did not attend Hospital.

Toc:  0604 hours, Automatic Fire Alarm, West End, Osmotherley

Northallerton attended. Cause of the alarm unknown.
