Fire in garden left unattended – Longwood Road, York
Time of call 17:32

Crews from Huntington attended a bonfire in a garden which had been left unattended. Crews extinguished using one hose reel.

Flat fire – Yorkersgate, Malton
Time of call 18:41

Crews from Malton, Pickering and Huntington attended a fire in a second floor flat. The fire is believed to of started with a sofa catching fire from candles that were burning. Crews used 2 breathing apparatus, one hose reel jet and triple extension ladder.

Station Road Industrial Estate, Tadcaster
Time of call 20:54

Crews from Tandcaster were alerted to a small fire in the open. On arrival they discovered a small amount of rubbish on fire. They used one hose reel to extinguish and they believed the cause to be deliberate.

Ladywell Road, Boroughbridge
Time of call 21:58

Crews from Boroughbridge attended a chimney fire at the above address. Crews tackled the fire from above and below using a hose reel jet, hearth kit  and roof ladder.

Crews from Stokesley were called to a car fire 100% fire damage to car. Crews used 1hose reel, breathing apparatus and small tools the cause is believed to of been deliberate.

Hurstville, Whitby

A crew from Danby were called to a chimney fire. Crews extinguished using one hose reel, 10.5m ladder and roof top safety equipment.
