Kendal Road, Harrogate

Time of call: 0918

Male aged approx. 90 years trapped behind bedroom door. A Harrogate crew attended and assisted male to ambulance where he was transported to hospital.

Main Street, Keighley

Time of call: 1238

Skipton attended reports of a commercial wheelie bin on fire. They extinguished using 1 hose reel jet. The cause is believed to be deliberate.

Kings Gardens, Sowerby

Time of call: 1351

Crew from Thirsk responded to a blind female who believed that her bin was on fire. This was found to be a false alarm due to smoke from an astray.

Mount Pleasant, Whitby

Time of call: 1700

Scarborough crews attended an automatic fire alarm with no response from resident. They found that this was a fault on the system.

Harley Close, Low Bentham

Time of call: 1712

Bentham crew attended a RTC involving 3 vehicles. Renault Scenic collided with 2 parked cars. One female and 2 children were checked at scene by paramedics as a precaution. Crew carried out scene safety.

Regent Street, Scarborough

Time of call: 1745

Scarborough crew attended an automatic fire alarm activation. They found that this was a false alarm due to cooking fumes.
