A fire appliance from Harrogate attended this incident; there were no persons trapped and crews made the vehicle safe. 

Council Street Cleaner tipped over – James Street, York

Time of call: 13:2

Fire appliances from York and Huntington attended this incident and successfully released a male in his 40s that had become trapped by his foot.
