Fire in open Silverfields Road, Harrogate Time: 0932

Harrogate crew were called to reports of a fire in the open. They found that this was controlled burning only.

Rescue Burke Street, Harrogate Time: 1049

Harrogate crew attended a property on Burke Street, Harrogate where a female and her young child were rapped inside the property after a key had snapped in the outside of a communal door. Crews gained entry to allow access to and from the building.

False alarm Heslington Road, York Time: 1135

An Acomb crew attended reports of a fire alarm activation on Heslington Road in York. They found that this was a false alarm due to steam.

False alarm Low Thorpe, East Witton Time: 1433

A crew from Leyburn attended an automatic fire alarm at a residential property. They found that this was a false alarm due to cooking fumes.

RTC A1 S J48 Boroughbridge Time: 1452

Crews from Boroughbridge, Harrogate and Ripon attended a 2 vehicle RTC on the A1. They found that there was one female trapped by injuries. There were also 2 dogs within the vehicle. Crews removed the roof of the vehicle using hydraulic cutting equipment and removed the dogs to a place of safety. The female was taken o hospital via road ambulance.

False alarm Ellers Road, Sutton-in-Craven Time: 1514

Crews from Skipton attended a report of a fire in a disused public house. They found that this was a false alarm as there was no sign of fire and only a slight smell of smoke in the area.

False alarm Alexandra Court, York Time: 1519

A York crew attended an automatic fire alarm activation. They found that this was a false alarm due to insects in the detector head.
