In order to ensure that people are not identifiable from our incident round-up, we will no longer be providing street names, for smaller towns and villages, where incidents have occurred.  


Wigginton Road, York - Time of Call 1020

Crews from York attended an automatic fire alarm which resulted in a false alarm due to steam from shower.

Earby - Time of Call 1347

Crews from Lancashire and Skipton attended a property where two people were stuck in a lift.  They were both released from the lift by fire crews.

Princess Street, Scarborough - Time of Call 1408

Crews from Scarbrough attended a report of loose guttering.  No action was taken by the Fire Service.

Williamson Close, Ripon - Time of Call  1522

Crews from Ripon attended an automatic fire alarm which was a false alarm due to dust from workmen.

Crombie Avenue, York - Time of Call 1622

Crews from Acomb attended a car fire, this was extinguished using two breathing apparatus and one hose reel.
