Incident Summary Day Shift Sunday 17th June 2018

In order to ensure that people are not identifiable from our incident round-up, we will no longer be providing street names, for smaller towns and villages, where incidents have occurred.

Carleton Road, Skipton Time of call: 08:40

Crews were called to an automatic fire alarm sounding in a residential property. This was a false alarm caused by cooking fumes.

 

Bootham, York Time of call: 13:57

 

Crews were called to assist with extinguishing a fire in a residential property after tea towels had been left on a hob. A hose reel was used to extinguish the fire.

 

Tadcaster Road, York Time of call: 15:22

A crew was called to an automatic fire alarm activation. This was a false alarm.

 

Queen Street, Filey Time of call: 16:29

A crew from Filey were called to fence on fire. This was believed to have been deliberate. The crew used a hose reel to extinguish the fire.
