Animal Rescue – North Street, Flixton

Time of call: 14:09

A fire appliance from Scarborough attended this incident and rescued a 18month old Labrador which had climbed out of a window and got stuck on a conservatory roof.  Crews used a ladder and manpower to safely rescue the pooch. 

Residential fire – North Street, York

Time of call: 15:27

Fire crews from York attended a fire in a residential property, the fire was out on arrival and crews were used from inspection purposes only. 

Assist ambulance – Helredale Road, Whitby

Time of call: 15:52

A fire appliance from Whitby attended and assisted the ambulance transport their patient into the back of the ambulance.

Persons locked in – King Edwards Road, Ripon

Time of call: 16:02

A fire appliance from Ripon attended and gained access to a property where an unwell male had become trapped.
