Bale of hay on fire – Windsor Drive, Wiggington

An appliance attended and extinguished the fire using beaters and pitch forks. 

 

Automatic Fire Alarm – Coppice Lane, Hellifield

Time of call: 21:01

An appliance attended and confirmed it was a false alarm.

 

Garden fire – Oak Grove, Northallerton

Time of call: 21:20

An appliance attended and confirmed it was a false alarm.

 

Automatic Fire Alarm – Pike Road, Pickering

Time of call: 22:09

An appliance attended and confirmed it was a false alarm.

 

Fire in the open – Hall Close, Skipton

Time of call: 04:35

Appliances from Skipton attended and extinguished the fire which was confined to 3 wheelie bins, unfortunately the was damage caused to a nearby gas main and properties in the area have had to be evacuated whilst the area was made safe by the fire service and the gas board.
