18:28     Lawrence Street, York

Fire crews from York attended an incident where a female was locked inside the bathroom of the property. Fire crews were able to release the female using small tools.

20:18     Town Street, Settrington

Fire crews from Malton attended a property where a chimney had set alight.  Crews extinguished the fire which was confined to the chimney.

23:11     Ings Lane, Kirkbymoorside

Fire crews from Malton attended an alarm that was sounding at a commercial property. On arrival the crew found that the alarm had activated due to some oil which had dripped onto an electric heater. Crews isolated the electrics and ensured the premises were safe and left the owner of the property with the incident.

23:36     Alcuin Avenue, York     

A fire crew from York attended a small rubbish fire in a recreational ground. They used a hose reel to extinguish the fire.

00:55     Guardian Court, York

Crews from Acomb attended a property where the alarm was sounding. Crews carried out a full investigation of the premise and found there to be no fire.

02:21     Mill Hill Lane, Giggleswick

A fire crew from Settle attended a property where the alarm had activated, on arrival and investigation there was no fire at the premises.

04:47     Guardian Court, York

Acomb fire crews re-attended a property from earlier in the night as the alarm had started to sound again. Advice was given to the occupiers due to a fault on the system.

05:47     Selby Road, Eggborough

A fire crew from Selby attended reports of a small rubbish fire outside a property. Crews used 1 hose reel  jet to extinguish the fire.
