False alarm – Station Square, Harrogate

Time of call: 1820 hours

A crew from Harrogate has investigated a smoke alarm activation at a block of residential flats. This was a false alarm due to smokers materials.

Fuse box fire – Tarn Moor Crescent, Skipton

Time of call: 1830 hours

2 crews from Skipton have been called to reports of sparks coming out of a fuse box in a domestic bungalow. This was a false alarm due to acrid fumes from short circuiting. Crews have isloated the electricity supply using electrical gloves and given advice to the occupier.

Water leak – Broughton Road, Stokesley

Time of call: 1832 hours

A crew from Stokesley has attended a water leak in a sports complex. This was caused by a broken pipe in the gents toilets. Crews isolated the water supply and assisted in clearing water from property.

False alarm – Beaconsfield Street, Scarborough

Time of call: 2308 hours

A crew from Scarborough has investigated a smoke alarm activation at a residential home. This was a false alarm as the manual call point had been accidentally activated.

First responder – Bluebell Grove, Whitby

Time of call: 2325 hours

The First Responder from Lythe has been called to a domestic property to assist the ambulance crew with a female patient suffering chest pains. Oxygen was administered.

First responder – Coronation Avenue, Hinderwell

Time of call: 0121 hours

The First Responder from Lythe has been called to a domestic property to assist the ambulance crew with a female suffering chest pains. Reassurance was provided until the ambulance arrived.
