False Alarm - Dalton Terrace, York Time of Call: 1750

Crews from Acomb attended an automatic fire alarm activation and found that it was a false alarm due to deodorant being used.

False Alarm – Hazel Garth, York Time of Call: 2149

Crews from York attended reports of a smell of petrol / thinners in a residential property. They carried out a full investigation but found no scent to be present.

Fire in Open – Shipton Road, Clifton, York Time of Call: 2156

Crews from Acomb attended reports of a fire in the open. They found one small area of scrub alight and extinguished using a hose reel.

False Alarm – Clifford Street, York Time of Call: 0158

Crews from York attended an automatic fire alarm activation and found that it was a false alarm due to a misoperation of a break glass point.

False Alarm – Church Lane, York Time of Call: 0601

Crews from York wee called to an automatic fire alarm activation at a commercial property on Church Lane in York. They found that this was a false alarm due to a fault on the detector head.

RTC –  A64, Grimston Bar Time of Call: 0631

Crews from York, Huntington and Acomb were called to reports of a 2 vehicle RTC with one person believed trapped.
