Westfield Way, Norton  Time 06:17

 

 

 

Crews from Malton attended a road traffic collision. The driver of the vehicle involved was in the care of paramedics when they arrived and so no action was required.

 

 

 

Leavening, Malton  Time 06:26

 

 

 

Crews from Malton attended a fire to a farm building. Bales of hay and the building itself were damaged. The crews were able to extinguish the fire using hose reel jets.

 

 

 

Whitney Lane, Harrogate  Time 06:49

 

 

 

A crew from Harrogate isolated the electrics at a property where water was leaking into an electrical appliance. Crews gave safety advice to the occupier.

 

 

 

East Lutton, Malton  Time 08:32

 

 

 

Smoke was noticed coming from a fuse box at a residential property. Crews from Scarborough and Sherburn attended and investigated the area using a thermal image camera to confirm there was no fire. The crews gave advice for an engineer to attend.

 

 

 

High Street, Great Ayton  Time 10:06

 

 

 

Water was leaking from light fittings at a property on Great Ayton High Street. A crew from Stokesley investigated the property. They gave safety advice to the occupiers and to contact the landlord.

 

 

 

Foxwood Lane, York  Time 11:42

 

 

 

A vehicle was leaking fuel onto the road so a crew from Acomb assisted to swill away the petrol using a hose reel jet.

 

 

 

Thixendale, Malton  Time 14:16

 

 

 

A crew from Malton went to a property where the chimney was on fire. When the crews arrived there was no sign of fire so they used a thermal image camera to investigate the chimney and roof.

 

 

 

Prospect Place, Harrogate  Time 14:22

 

 

 

A socket was overheating creating a smell of smoke. Crews from Harrogate and Knaresborough confirmed there was no fire and isolated the electrics. Safety advice was given to the owner.
