Harrogate TOC: 18:44

Crew were mobilised to a report of a bang and flames seen in a garden. This was a false alarm due to controlled burning.

Kings Road, Harrogate  TOC: 19:43

A crew from Harrogate extinguished a fire in a skip. Building waste was damaged by the fire in the skip. Crews used a hose reel jet.

York TOC: 20:07

A cew from Harrogate released a child’s arm that had become trapped in a pool table using small tools. The girl was unharmed and reunited with her family.

Upper Poppleton, York TOC: 20:26

A wheelie bin was on fire in Upper Poppleton. A crew from Huntington attended and extinguished the fire using a hose reel jet.

York TOC: 21:22

Crew were mobilised to a report of a fire alarm sounding in a premises. This was a false alarm due to an accidental activation of break glass call point.

Heslington, York TOC: 21:28

Crew were mobilised to a report of a fire alarm sounding in a premises. This was a false alarm, cause unknown.

Ripon TOC: 23:44

Crew were mobilised to a report of a van on fire. This was a white van fire set alight and left to burn by persons unknown. Police believe that vehicle may have been used in previous crimes.

York TOC: 04:28

Crews from Acomb and York attended a residential property where a fire is believed to have started in a wheelie bin and spread to the porch. Breathing apparatus and hose reel jets were used to extinguish the fire. All persons are accounted for and safe. Positive pressure ventilation fans were used to ventilate the property as smoke had filtered inside.
