Front Street, York  Time 17:55

 

 

 

Two persons became stuck in a lift, unable to open the doors. Our York crew went to release them, but the trapped persons had managed to release themselves before they arrived.

 

 

 

Stockwell Lane, Knaresborough Time 18:11

 

 

 

An alarm was sounding at a property on Stockwell Lane. A crew from Knaresborough attended, but this was confirmed as a false alarm due to cooking fumes.

 

 

 

Station Road, Thirsk  Time 19:19

 

 

 

An alarm was sounding on Station Road, Thirsk. This was confirmed as a false alarm by an officer due to a system fault.

 

 

 

Harrogate Fire Station, Skipton Road  Time 19:58

 

 

 

A lady came to the station to get a ring removed from her finger. Our Harrogate crews were able to remove the ring using their cutting equipment.

 

 

 

South Street, Scarborough  Time 20:00

 

 

 

An alarm was sounding on South Street, Scarborough. Our Scarborough crews attended the property and this was confirmed as a false alarm due to an accidental break of the glass point.

 

 

 

Havers Hill, Eastfield  Time 20:36

 

 

 

An alarm was sounding on Havers Hill, Eastfield. This was confirmed as a false alarm due to a system fault by a crew from Scarborough.

 

 

 

Quarry Mount, Scarborough  Time 21:32

 

 

 

We received a request to assist Ambulance crews in gaining entry to a property to help female casualty who was unable to move. Our Scarborough crew managed to gain access to the property through a first floor window and then opened the front door to allow paramedics access. The crews then left the scene with casualty in the care of paramedics with unknown injuries. 

 

 

 

Claro Road Harrogate  Time 23:01

 

 

 

An alarm was sounding at a property on Claro Road, Harrogate. A crew from Harrogate attended and confirmed this was a false alarm due to a failed lighting unit.

 

 

 

Scalby Road, Newby  Time 04:54

 

 

An alarm was sounding at a property on Scalby Road. Crews from Scarborough attended and confirmed this was a false alarm due to a faulty detector head.
