18:00 Percys Lane York-  False alarm
This was a false alarm caused by cooking fumes

18:23 Leyland Road, Harrogate- property fire
Crews from Harrogate attended a fire to a toaster in a kitchen. The occupier of the house used a cup of water on the fire prior to crews arrival.

18:30 Sowerby Crescent, Stokesley- small fire in bin
A fire crew attended reports of a bin on fire in a park. This was out on the arrival of the crew. 

19:11 Oak Road, Sleby- property fire
Crews from Selby attended a fire in a property. Heat had transferred from a log burner and caused heat and fire damage to a wooden mantle. Crews extinguished the log burner and the mantle using a hose reel. 

21:55 Martins Court, York- property fire
Crews attended a fire to a wall mounted heater in a bedroom. The occupier had turned the heater off on arrival of the crews. Crews ventilated the property. One child was treated for smoke inhalation by paramedics. The cause of the fire is believed to be parts of a plastic toy dropped behind the heater.

04:21 White Point Road, Whitby- Automatic Fire Alarm- false alarm
This was a false alarm caused by dust in the smoke detector.
