Crews from Huntington were mobilised to report of a fire alarm sounding. This turned out to be a false alarm due to a system fault.

 

A6108, North Lees

Crews from Ripon attended a report of a tree fire, which upon arrival was a false alarm as it was a controlled burn.

 

Douglas Street, Selby

TOC: 20:42

 

Crews from Selby were mobilised to a fire in a rear yard. On arrival they found 1 fence panel alight, believed to be caused by a discarded cigarette. Crews used 1 hose reel to extinguish the fire.

 

Field, Kirkby Sigston

TOC: 21:16

 

Crews from Thirsk and Northallerton were mobilised to a tractor and baler on fire in a field. Extinguished using 2 hose reels and 2 breathing apparatus. Cause is believed to be due to an overheated engine.

 

Selby Road, Selby

Crews were mobilised to a report of a fire alarm sounding. Upon arrival this was found to be a false alarm due to a system fault.

 

Ripon Road, Kirkby Malzeard

Crews were mobilised to a report of a fire alarm sounding. Upon arrival this was found to be a false alarm due to steam.
