Incident Summary Night Shift 16th October

Scotch George Lane, Knaresborough TOC: 17:39

Crews from Knaresborough assisted ambulance to remove a woman with a suspected fractured ankle down from a steep muddy hill. Crews used the Ambulances lifting chair and manpower.

Main Street, Alne TOC: 18:53

Crews from Easingwold and Huntington were mobilised to a report of a small fire in a premise. This was believed to be a small electrical fire, crews used small tools and a thermal imaging camera.

Oxcliff, Scarborough TOC: 19:38

Crews from Scarborough attended a report of a smell of burning after youths were seen throwing something at a building. This was a small fire started by a firework thrown at the building, which was out on arrival.

Ash Lane, Church Fenton, Selby TOC: 20:45

Crews from Tadcaster attended a Road Traffic Collision with a car on its side. No persons were involved and Fire service assisted with scene safety only.

Ivy Place, York TOC: 20:56

Crews from Huntington and York were mobilised to a fire in a kitchen. This was out on arrival, and was caused by food accidently left in an oven.

Ebor Court, Selby TOC: 04:51

Crews from Selby attended a report of a fire alarm sounding. This was a false alarm due to a system fault.
