 King Rudding Lane, Riccall

Crew from Selby were mobilised to a report of a large fire. This was a controlled burning that had got out of control. Crews used a main jet to extinguish.


Oakdale, Harrogate

Crew from Harrogate were mobilised to a report of a fire in a garden. This was a false alarm due to controlled burning.

Wetherby Road, Harrogate

Crew from Harrogate were mobilised to a report of a fire alarm sounding. This was a false alarm due to a system fault

 

Morrets Lane, Hambleton

Crew from Selby were mobilised to a report of a large fire in a field. This was approx. 400 metres square of loose straw on a field, believed to have been ignited by a stray fire work. Crews extinguished using a hose reel, beaters and pitch forks.

Grosvenor Road, Scarborough

Crew from Scarborough were mobilised to a report of a fire alarm sounding. This was a false alarm due to a system fault.

Lime Lane, Keldholme

Crew were mobilised to a report of a fire in a layby. This was a false alarm due to controlled burning.

 Crew were mobilised to a report of a 4 vehicle road traffic collision. On arrival, no persons were trapped and no action was required by the fire service.

Crew were mobilised to a report of a fire in the front garden of a property. This was a controlled burning that was extinguished due to not being properly supervised.

Hollygarth, Great Ayton

Crew were mobilised to a report of a smell of gas in a property. No smell of gas could be found by fire service, left in hands of gas engineer to investigate.

Evergreen Avenue, Colburn

Crews were mobilised to a report of a house fire. This was a false alarm believed to have been due to a malicious caller.

Percys Lane, York

Crew form York were mobilised to a report of a fire in a cooker. This was out on arrival, due to food being left unattended.

High Street, Leyburn

Crew were mobilised to a report of a vehicle on its side. No person in vehicle on arrival. Crew used manpower to right vehicle and left in hands of police.

Kingsway, Harrogate

Crew from Harrogate were mobilised to a report of a fire in an oven. Fire spread from oven to kitchen units. Extinguished using 4 breathing apparatus, 1 hose reel and thermal imaging camera.
