Shambles, York TOC: 19:19

Crews were mobilised to a report of a fire alarm sounding. This was a false alarm due to a system fault.


A61, Hutton Conyers 
TOC: 19:26

Crews were mobilised to a report of a small fire involving sticks in a gateway. Crews extinguished using a hose reel. Believed to have been caused deliberately.

 

James Street, York TOC: 21:06

Crews were mobilised to a report of a caravan on fire. This was a false alarm due to controlled burning with people supervising.


A1, Leeming Bar TOC: 21:11

Crews from Ripon, Thirsk, Northallerton and Boroughbridge were mobilised to a report of a HGV on fire. Crews used 6 breathing apparatus, 2 main jets, water bowser and lighting to extinguish the fire. Cause is believed to be due to overheated brakes.

East Marton, Skipton TOC: 22:49

Crews from Skipton and Tadcaster were mobilised to a report of a vehicle into a wall, with a person trapped and smoke issuing from vehicle. 1 person was removed from the vehicle using manpower and passed to ambulance crews. No fire to vehicle, dust from airbags was mistaken for smoke.

Londesborough Street, Selby TOC: 23:49

Crew from Selby were mobilised to a report of a fire in an alleyway. This was a small bin fire, extinguished using 1 hose reel.

Ramshill Road, Scarborough TOC: 01:28

Crews from Northallerton were mobilised to a report of a fire alarm sounding in a premises. This was a false alarm due to an overheating refrigeration unit.

Flaxby TOC: 04:35

Crews from Knaresborough were mobilised to a report of a fire alarm sounding in a premises. This was a false alarm due to a system fault.

North Leas Avenue, Scarborough TOC: 06:50

Crews from Scarborough were mobilised to a report of a fire alarm sounding in a premises. This was a false alarm due to fumes from cooking.
