1920 Romanby, Northallerton

Northallerton crew inspected after a chimney fire, gave advice to occupants.


2043 Saw Mill / Wood Yard – Stamford Bridge

Crews from York and Huntington attended a fire in an open-sided woodshed. The fire was extinguished using 2 jets. Fire investigation to begin in the morning.


2202 Privas Way, Wetherby.

Tadcaster Fire crew assisted West Yorkshire Fire Service with a fire to a single stable. Fire was extinguished using hose reels.


0301 (15/01/2016) - A168 Sowerby

Crews from Ripon, Boroughbridge and Thirsk attended a road traffic collision between 2 HGVs where one of the HGVs had gone through the central barrier. No persons were trapped, crews made the scene safe.


0443 (15/01/2016) -  Ava road, Catterick Garrison

A fire engine from Colburn attended an automatic fire alarm sounding at an accommodation block.  This was a false alarm due to air freshener.


0604 (15/01/2016) – Lords Close, Giggleswick

A fire engine from Settle attended a smoke alarm sounding in a domestic property. This was a false alarm due to dust in the detector head.
