Rowan Court, Thirsk

Thirsk crew sent to an automatic fire alarm activation. On arrival and after investigation, crews confirmed this to be a false alarm due to cooking fumes.

Clockhill Field Lane, Whixley

Crews from Knaresborough and Harrogate called reports of a road traffic collision. On arrival, crew dealt with a single vehicle into a hedge. All occupants out of the vehicle on arrival of Fire and Rescue crews. No injuries. Crew made the vehicle safe before leaving the scene.

Huntington Road, York

Crews called to an automatic fire alarm activation at a residential property. On arrival and after investigation, crew confirmed this to be a false alarm due to steam from a shower.

High Street, Knaresborough

Knaresborough crew sent to an automatic fire alarm activation at a commercial building. On arrival and after investigation, crew confirmed this to be a false alarm due to a fault in the system.

Heslington, York

York crew called to an automatic fire alarm activation. On arrival and after investigation, crew confirmed this to be a false alarm, caused by insects in detector.

Skeldergate, York

York crew sent to a smoke alarm sounding at a commercial property, on request of Police. On arrival, crew confirmed this to be a false alarm due to a fault in the system.

Malpas Road, Northallerton

Northallerton crews sent to an automatic fire alarm activation at a residential property. On arrival and after investigation, crew confirmed this to be a false alarm due to a system fault.

The Spa, Scarborough

Scarborough crews sent to assist Police with possible rescue for a female threatening to jump from height. On arrival, crews liaised with Police and stood by with rescue equipment. After some time, crew assisted with their Aerial Ladder Platform to rescue the female. Female brought down to safety by crews, uninjured, left in care of Ambulance Police.
