10:46  Long Street, Easingwold

Crew attended following a report of a young child becoming accidently locked in a vehicle with parent/s outside unable to get in. Crews gained access to the vehicle using small tools, allowing a safe exit for the child from the vehicle.

 

12:16  Doncaster Road, Selby

Selby crews attended after a report of a fire in a building. On arrival, crews confirmed this to be a false alarm due to cooking fumes.

 

13:37  Barlby Road, Selby

Selby crew sent to an automatic fire alarm activation. On arrival and after investigation, crew confirmed this to be a false alarm.

 

14:15  High Street, Tadcaster

Tadcaster crew sent to an automatic fire alarm activation. On arrival and after investigation, crew confirmed this to be a false alarm.

 

15:05  A1 Northbound Leeming to Catterick

Fire crews from Northallerton and Richmond attended a fire to a large goods vehicle. Fire extinguished using one hose reel jet. Cause of fire believed accidental.
