Incident Summary Night Shift, Monday 02nd January

18:33  St Peter's Road, Whitby

Crews from Lythe and Robin Hoods Bay attended a fire in the open, the fire to a bird feeder was out on arrival and is believed to have been started deliberately

18:56  Rudby Lea, Hutton Rudby

Crews from Stokesley and Coulby Newham attended a report of a domestic garage on fire, the fire was to an electrical consumer unit within the garage and was out on arrival of crews, 2 breathing apparatus and lighting were used, one female was given oxygen and first aid for smoke inhalation.

19:19  Old Gayle Lane, Gayle nr Hawes

A crew from Hawes attended a chimney fire, this is believed to be due to an accumulation of soot, a 13.5m and roof ladder along with harnesses, one hosereel, thermal imaging camera and hearth kit were used to put the fire out.

20:25  Carleton Road, Skipton

A crew from Skipton attended a report of a fire alarm sounding, on arrival this was found to be a false alarm due to cooking fumes.
