A crew from Ripon have assisted Police to control a leaking water post that was at risk of damaging an electricity post. Crews used manpower to isolated and control the leak.

Scalby Road, Scarborough Time of call: 12:34

Crews from Scarborough have attended a fire in a 1st floor residential property. Crews used 2 breathing apparatus and hose reel.

Warehouse Lane, Scarborough Time of call: 13:33

Crews from Scarborough have attended a small fire in a lighting unit in a commercial property. Crews used 9 metre ladder and dry powder.

Ripon Road, Harrogate Time of call: 13:53

A crew from Harrogate have attended reports of a car after a minor road traffic collision. On arrival no fire was found and crews handed incident over to police.

Carlton Avenue, York Time of call: 15:09

A crew from Acomb have attended a dryer on fire in a garage. This was out on arrival and crews gave advice to the owner.

Haxby Road, York Time of call: 15:17

Crews from Acomb, Huntington and Selby have attended reports of smoke coming from student accommodation. The fire was out on arrival and was confined to a light fitting. Cause is yet to be confirmed.

Beckwith Head Road, Harrogate Time of call: 16:28

A crew from Harrogate have made a vehicle safe on Beckwith Road following a car fire. Crews used small tools.
