Raskelf Road, Easingwold Time of call: 19:08

A crew from Easingwold attended reports of a fire that was in a field of Raskelf Road. This was small amount of rubbish and was extinguished using a hose reel.

Amy Johnson Way, York Time of call: 19:42

A crew from Huntington attended reports of flooding inside a property that had affected the electrics. Crews isolated the water and power supply and gave assistance to engineers.

Burniston Road, Scarborough Time of call: 21:15

Crews from Scarborough attended reports of a smell of burning inside a commercial property. This was a false alarm and no fire found on arrival. Crews inspected the property only.

Riseber, Leyburn Time of call: 00:49

A crew from Leyburn have attended a chimney fire that was believed to be caused due to accumulation of soot. Crews used a 10.5 metre ladder, roof ladder, harnesses, thermal imaging camera and hose reel.

Woodfield Road, Harrogate Time of call: 01:16

Crews from Harrogate have attended reports of an oven fire in a residential property. This was a false alarm and caused by cooking fumes.

Deramore Lane, Heslington East Campus, York Time of call: 01:53

A crew from York have attended an automatic fire alarm. This was caused due to water in the detector head.

School Lane, Copmanthorpe Time of call: 04:07

Crews from York and Acomb attended reports of a possible shed on fire. This turned out to be a small fire in a compost bin which was out on arrival of the Fire Service. Crews carried out an inspection of the bin only.
