A crew from Knaresborough have attended an automatic fire alarm. This was caused due to cooking fumes.

Farnley Park, Farnley

A crew from Harrogate have assisted colleagues from West Yorkshire Fire Service at a chimney fire. Crews used chimney rods and a hose reel adaptor.

Weaponness Valley Road, Scarborough

Time of call: 19:39

Crews from Scarborough have attended reports of smoke inside a property. Crews found one grill pan fire that was out on arrival. Crews inspected the property for any hotspots and gave advice to the occupier.

Evelyn Crescent, York

Crews from York and Huntington have attended a grill pan fire in a residential property. The fire was out on arrival and crews inspected the property for any hotspots. Due to the slight smoke logging inside the property crews used positive pressure ventilation fan to clear the smoke.

St Nicholas Street, Scarborough

Crews from Scarborough have attended an automatic fire alarm. This was caused due to a broken fire alarm activation point.

Abbots Road, Selby

A crew from Selby have attended reports of a fire in the open near Abbots Road. On investigation this was down to a methane flame from a nearby chemical site.

Barmoor Lane, Scalby

A crew from Scarborough have attended a two vehicle road traffic collision. This involved one car colliding with a parked car and coming to rest on its side. All occupants were out of the vehicle on arrival and crews just inspected and made the vehicle safe using small tools.
