07:53 Lowgate, Balne, Selby area.

Crews attended and dealt with a van fire on the roadside. Fire extinguished using one hose reel jet. 100% fire damage to vehicle, cause believed to be due to an electrical fault. No persons involved.

 

12:24 Plews Way, Leeming Bar.

Crews from Bedale Fire Station attended a skip fire. Extinguished using 4 Breathing Apparatus, 1 Hose Reel, 1 Main Jet and Small Tools. Cause is believed to be accidental.

 

12:59 York Barbican, York 

Crews attended a fire alarm activation which turned out to be accidental due to workmen on site.

 

14:03 Hornbeam Park Avenue, Harrogate

Crews attended a fire alarm activation which turned out to be accidental due to use of an aerosol spray..

 

15:07 St Helens Close, Morton On Swale 

Crews attended a fire alarm activation which turned out to be a false alarm.

 

15:07 Stockwell Drive, Knaresborough

Crews attended reports of water leaking into a property through roof. Crews isolated affected electrics and carried out minor salvage work to assist occupier.
